12/14/2023 0 Comments Safari joe game![]() ![]() There should be some medium slides for the pre-school age kids to small to go on the big slides. My four year old was too short to ride the big slides, but the kiddie area was a bit of a disappointment to him. 2) There needs to be more attractions for the under 48" kids. They only have two big slides for the older guests. Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves, which is really what matters, but there are definitely some improvements that could be made. Their $109 Friday night stay and play package seemed pretty reasonable compared to other water parks we'd be in. We live in Kalamazoo, just half an hour a way, but we thought it would be fun to spend the night in the hotel anyway. I guess we might be back eventually but its not top of our list for the $. Breakfast was a joke, cereal and some doughnuts, juice and milk. The pool didn't open until later so DD was bored until we left. Some fun music in the pool area would help the atmosphere alot! The downsides are the arcade didn't open until 9am on Sunday, then the token machines didn't work so DD didn't get to play. You can barely fit a tube down it! The lifeguards constantly whistle at the kids but don't tell them what they are doing wrong. There was a long wait for doubles tubes to use on the water slide and the lazy river is too narrow for me. (DD said your tv at home should never be bigger than your tv in the hotel room.) The water park was fun for DD. The rooms were large enough, the beds comfortable, the tv small. There was blue candy on the floor in several spots. It was clear our room was not vacuumed before our arrival. Our room was on the 2nd floor which was nice to have the upper water park viewing area at the end of the hall. The check in was quick, not outgoing or friendly but quick. It's available for $0.99 and you're really getting more than you're paying for.We decided to stay at the Ramada/ Safari Joes November 7th for a girls weekend with my 9yr old. The app is newly launched in the App Store and it's bound to be a great addition to the games that you'd want to play with your entire family. I do think however that these wacky ideas will pay out in the end. The Paw Jam game module is a blast, and hearing all the messages from the Wacky Phone made me sink in laughter. The developers came up with some pretty awkward ideas for kids to learn through. Wacky Safari is not your regular tap-to-learn application. Each is hosted by Safari Joe and Safari Jane (yes, both wacky names), and the sound effects and graphics are simply hilarious and complement the entire feel of it all. What really makes this app stand out in the pool of apps in the App Store is the friendly overall tone and feel of the games within. One more thing to note about the game modules, is that the welcoming screen has hidden buttons you can discover, so if you've played all the 5 game modules, after discovering one of the hidden buttons, you're bound to go back and replay them all. Laugh & Learn will provide your kid with interesting facts and jokes with and about their favorite safari animals. The game module works similar to a sound board of sorts. Play the Safari DJ with Paw Jam with three different paws to choose from and create wacky sounds. ![]() With Wacky Phone you get to call your animal friends and hear them say the wackiest of things. Match the three different parts of a photo to discover beautiful wildlife. Simply swipe your finger across the part of the photo you want to flick, and the next photo appears. Mix and Match (1 & 2) lets you put together photos of animals like giraffe, gorilla or an elephant. The app features 5 different game modules providing your kid with hours of laughter and entertainment. Wacky Safari tries to develop the kids' natural abilities, teach them interesting facts about wildlife while giving them the opportunity to have a wacky good time while they're at it. And so, the iPhone and iPod Touch application Wacky Safari was born. ![]() The development team over at Earblast thought the kids deserved a better iPhone experience than what the App Store had to offer.
